Connie has built her knowledge and expertise from her graduate studies in administration, education, counseling, and training in Gestalt Therapy, positive psychology, and transformational life coaching.  She has gained further experience through years of teaching and counseling children, adolescents, couples, and parents, supervising and coaching staff and having a statewide leadership role in a national women’s organization.  Growing up without a father and held back by a well-intentioned high school guidance counselor, Connie transcended those limitations by becoming a compassionate leader, public speaker, and tireless supporter of the obstacles that women and young women face in society today.  She is living proof of the ability to find success within and continues her passion by helping and inspiring others to tap into their own inner wisdom and fulfill their dreams and unique potential.

Connie and Ellen have worked together for the past four years to create the Take C.H.A.R.G.E.! Solution and the C.H.A.R.G.E. Up Your Life books and materials. This model and series stems from their combined knowledge and experience.  It is based on the premise that each individual is unique and important and holds the answers for love, success, and happiness within themselves.
